Delivery & Returns
We don’t want you to miss the last sleigh so please take a look at our shipping dates to place your orders in time for the festive gifting season.
Be sure to place your order by the 22nd of December. Any orders placed after this time will be processed from the 6th of January 2025.
UK Delivery
UK orders are sent from our distribution centre in Greater London via Evri on a tracked service. Please allow approximately up to 5 working days (Monday-Friday) after you receive your dispatch email from us for your order to arrive.
UK Standard Delivery £3.50.
FREE UK STANDARD DELIVERY OVER £20.
As of the 25th of May 2023 we said goodbye to our European website and we no longer ship internationally outside of the UK & US. But we’re all about the positives. Our amazing partners are still carrying our products so you can get your Tangle Teezer fix over there. Please see our list of partners for the EU & ROW:
If you can’t see your location, ping us an email support@tangleteezer.com and we’ll be happy to help you find a Tangle Teezer stockist. Thanks for understanding!
UK Returns: You can return your Tangle Teezer purchase within 14 days of receiving your order.
The easiest way to return an purchase from our website is to return the item unused and in the original packaging to our Distribution Centre with a covering note explaining the reason for the return. Please include your original order ID number, email address and name so we can locate your order and process any applicable refunds.
We offer UK customers a FREE post return option.
Simply write on your parcel FREEPOST TANGLETEEZER and take to your nearest Post Office. Be sure to retain your proof of returns receipt.
Please note that customers who have purchased bundle items are unable to return items from this individually. All bundles must have their full item list returned.

If you have placed an online order with us between 28th of November 2024 and 31st of December 2024 you have until 14th of January 2025 to return it.
For any orders placed after the 31st of December 2024, the normal 14 day returns policy applies.
You can send back your Tangle Teezer hairbrush, or ANY plastic hairbrush (we do not accept wooden brushes or boar bristles) for FREE, and we will send you a 15% Off discount voucher to use on your next online purchase.
