The Promoter

  1. The promoter of this prize draw is Tangle Teezer Limited (company number 05396577) whose registered office is at Union House, 182-194 Union Street, London, SE1 0LH (Tangle Teezer).

The Prize Draw

  1. The title of the prize draw is ‘Win Tickets for you and a friend to attend the Spirit of Christmas fair, plus a Tangle Teezer brush each’ (Prize Draw).
  2. The prize draw is open to all UK residents aged 18 years or over, except employees of the Promoter, their families, agents or any third party directly associated with administration of the prize draw.

How to enter

  1. The Prize Draw is free to enter and no purchase is necessary.
  2. The opening date for entries is 10:00 on 22 October 2024. The closing date of the Prize Draw is 23:59 on 24 October 2024. Entries received after this time will not be considered.
  3. To enter the Prize Draw, entrants must:
    1. follow @tangleteezer on Instagram;
    2. like the Prize Draw post; and
    3. tag 1 friend’s Instagram account in the comments on the Prize Draw post,

only one entry per account is permitted.

  1. Tangle Teezer accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault, technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind.

Prize

  1. There will be 4 winners. Each winner will be chosen by random draw performed by a computer process on 28 October 2024.
  2. Each winner will receive the following prize:
    1. 2 x Ultimate Detanglers in Millennial Pink; and
    2. 2 x standard day tickets to be used for a single entry to the Spirit of Christmas Fair at Olympia London (taking place from 4 -10 November 2024) (Tickets). To redeem tickets you must visit https://spiritofchristmas.seetickets.com/content/ticket-options, select 'day tickets.' Choose the date you wish to attend Spirit of Christmas. Enter your code in the promotional code box. This will then display your free ticket. Click 'add to basket' and then proceed to checkout, entering your contact details and finally click 'Buy tickets' to complete the booking. Ticket confirmation will then be emailed to your specified email address.
  3. The winner will be notified by Instagram DM (using details provided at entry) on 28 October 2024 and must provide a postal address and email address to claim their prize. If a winner does not respond to Tangle Teezer within 48 hours of being notified by Tangle Teezer, then the winner's prize will be forfeited and Tangle Teezer will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.
  4. The Hairbrushes will be sent to the winner by post and the Tickets will be sent by email within 14 days of being notified of their win.
  5. The prize for the winner is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered. The Hairbrushes are supplied by Tangle Teezer. The Tickets are supplied by Conde Nast. The Promoter reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond Tangle Teezer’s control makes it necessary to do so.

Winners

  1. The decision of Tangle Teezer regarding any aspect of the Prize Draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
  2. Tangle Teezer must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation Tangle Teezer will send the surname and county of major prize winners and, if applicable copies of their winning entries, to anyone who writes to Tangle Teezer (enclosing a self-addressed envelope) within one month after the closing date stated in condition 5. If you object to any or all of your surname, county and winning entry being published or made available, please contact Tangle Teezer at legal@tangleteezer.com. In such circumstances, Tangle Teezer must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
  3. Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. Tangle Teezer reserves the right to refuse entry, or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
  4. Tangle Teezer reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the Prize Draw where it becomes necessary to do so.
  5. Personal data supplied during the course of this promotion will only be processed as set out in Tangle Teezer’s privacy policy. See also condition 14 with regard to the announcement of winners.
  6. Unless otherwise expressly stated, this promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with any social media platform (including without limitation Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X or YouTube). Entrants hereby release all such social media platforms from any liability.
  7. These terms and conditions and this Prize Draw are governed by English law. If any entrants to this promotion wish to take court proceedings, then they must do this within the courts in the United Kingdom.
